Our Humble Beginning

Danger Sauce was born from humble roots when Kyle saw a friend of his making hot sauce in his kitchen. Amazed by the process, he offered to show Kyle the ropes.

Immediately, he fell in love with the simplicity and complexity in the possibilities of flavor profiles and different types of heat that could be created. After 2 years and dozens of recipes later, Danger Sauce was born in 2023.

Starting as micro-batches he sold to close friends and family, it sold so quickly Kyle was unable to keep stock on hand. Now offering folks the opportunity to buy small-batch, gluten free, keto-friendly, artisanal hot sauce online. 

Knowing he had a unique recipe and wanting to share it with more hot sauce lovers and chili heads, Kyle teamed up with the folks from Jersey Barn Fire to help co-pack small batches of his sauce to meet the demand for Danger Sauce. The focus is on quality ingredients, fermented pepper mash and making sure flavor always comes before the heat. After trial and error, he found it's easy to make the sauce "hot and spicy."

The art is making it not just hot but to create a flavor profile that keeps folks coming back for more.

The fan favorite blend "Sorry About Your Face" is where he started, with more unique flavors coming soon.
